Because our products are digital products (PDFs, guides, downloadable content), refunds may be available within 14 days of purchase under the specific conditions listed below.

This policy applies because digital products cannot be returned once they have been delivered or downloaded.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• The customer was charged multiple times for the same product

• The digital file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we are unable to provide a working replacement

• A technical error occurred on our side that prevented access to the product

In such cases, customers must contact us within 14 days of purchase with proof of the issue.

Unauthorized Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the suspension of access to the purchased digital product and possible restriction from future purchases.
